What is a Far-Field Anechoic Chamber?
An RF anechoic chamber is a shielded enclosure lined with electromagnetic wave-absorbing pyramidal foam. It eliminates reflections and external RF interference, creating a controlled free-space environment. The far-field configuration at 8 m test distance enables accurate radiation pattern characterization across the full 700 MHz to 8 GHz operational band.
