Sales and Marketing Manager

IIITB COMET Foundation (A section 8 company) is hiring for the post of Sales and Marketing Manager.

Job Description:

 The scope of the job shall include but not be limited to

  • Drive revenue-generating initiatives for the company.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue for the company.
  • Identify RFPs from Telecom service providers / Telecom Equipment OEMs / ISPs / client ministries / PSUs and drive the proposal from the company to closure.
  • Maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement campaigns to promote company offerings.
  • Analyze market data to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the budget for marketing efforts and track expenditures.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations with international organizations.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales tactics, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain industry relationships. Prior experience dealing with government agencies / PSUs / Telecom service Providers / Telecom Equipment OEMs will be a definite plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
