IIITB COMET Foundation (A section 8 company) is hiring Interns, Programmers, Hardware Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, and 5G-NR PHY Algorithms Developers. Scope of work:

Hardware:

Analog and digital board design, testing and integration
Open RAN based Distributed Unit (O-DU)
Embedded design of hardware interfaces

Software:

5G NR PHY layer algorithm (FR1 and FR2) development
- Base station, User equipment
- Beamforming, channel estimation, etc.
Develop and integrate link-level and system level transceiver chain with 3GPP channel models

Porting of 5G-NR physical layer algorithms on FPGA
Real-time testing of algorithms on FPGA based hardware

Desirable qualifications and experience:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/PhD in Electrical/Electronics and Communications Engineering
0-8 years of experience in related areas
For Interns: Currently enrolled in a B.Tech or equivalent programme in Electrical/Electronics and Communications Engineering or related disciplines

Location/Duration:

Bengaluru, India / 03 years (for interns – max. 10 months)

Remuneration:

Commensurate with skills
